Over 10 years ago FOC CEO, Jerry Cobb was asked by a developer in Portugal to construct a legal mechanism which would facilitate the sale of fractional products on their resorts. After nearly 4 years of successful operation it was decided that the product, and most importantly the back office systems which make it all work, were robust and ready to be rolled out to other developers and territories.
FOC’s fractional systems were amongst the very first to be implemented across Europe and they are still going strong today and we have several “live” developments in Portugal, Spain, Barbados, the UK, Cyprus, Italy, USA, Egypt, France and Greece and are working with lawyers on a range of further territories including the wider Caribbean, Turkey, Morocco, Montenegro and Austria.
FOC has alliances with some of the world’s best fractional sales and marketing companies and, conscious of the recent new legislation, has taken specific and bespoke advice on a range of fractional investment products and fractional product for the SIPP market.
