Marlborough

Mary worked as a seamstress for 16 years while her children were growing up. Mary joined Kleinwort Benson in 2006 in office support and moved to Marlborough in April 2009 as part of the Admin Support Team, where she is responsible for the filing of documents & archiving and reception duties.

After leaving St Sampson Secondary School, Tracey joined the retail industry and stayed there for over 8 years. After hearing  of an opening within Marlborough, and realising that her customer service skills could be put to better use, she applied for the Administration Support Officers roll in July 2011 and has been with us ever since.

Richard brings to Marlborough over 20 years of Managerial experience, including senior HR and Development roles at organisations such as Specsavers and Cable and Wireless and a proven track record in terms of training and development having worked as a Learning Consultant at The Learning Company.

Richard’s experience and vast knowledge is a huge benefit to Marlborough as he is responsible for all the people related aspects of the business, in particular Human Resources and staff development.

After completing his university degree in computers, management and electronics, he joined the IT team at Kleinwort Benson as a junior IT administrator.

Wanting a more challenging environment he soon moved onto a local IT firm called Valley Computers where he remained for nearly 10 years broadening his IT knowledge. So Grant could further his career, he moved to Itex to gain further experience on significantly larger deployments. Grant took up his role as IT Manager at Marlborough in January 2011 dealing with all IT related issues within the group.

Kay came from a Funds Insurance pension’s background and after taking a three year break travelling and living in East Africa she came to Guernsey as a Business Analyst for a software company.

Kay left the software industry in 2004 and agreed to a six month work contract with Marlborough but never left!  Kay is currently Office Manager and also assists across the office with project management and implementation with the set-up of the Credit Control process.
