Richard graduated from a UK University where he achieved a 1st Class Honors Degree in Business Studies. Having served in the British Army, he went on to join the management team of a leading global manufacturing company where he was involved in the development of a number of production sites across the UK.

Richard moved into the offshore finance industry in 2008, joining Marlborough where he helped set up and develop the company’s sports related structures for high net-worth sports individuals and their employers. Richard is a fully qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner and has received numerous awards in recognition of his work and achievements with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is now studying towards becoming a Qualified Chartered Secretary.

Neal joined Marlborough in May 2010 following a successful career in Captive Insurance Management where he gained a diploma in insurance from the CII.

Neal is also a qualified Certified Accounting Technician and is currently studying for a diploma in offshore finance and administration from ICSA.

In his spare time Neal enjoys playing, coaching and refereeing basketball, keeping fit and watching football.

After graduating from University in 2002 Jackie joined a Fund Administration Company as a trainee Fund Administrator working primarily in the Company Secretarial Department and was promoted to Company Secretary after 4 years.   After 6 years Jackie left and during the next 2 ½ years worked in Company Secretarial roles on a contract basis and spent time travelling around Europe and South East Asia.

She joined Marlborough in August 2011 bringing experience in Company Administration including stock exchange listing requirements. Jackie is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Vince began his career in the finance industry 38 years ago with the Rothschild Group in Guernsey, working his way up from a ‘tea boy’ to an Assistant Director of the Trust Department. Taking early retirement 2 years ago, Vince joined Marlborough on a part time basis as a Senior Trust Administrator.
