Nick Hannah
Managing Director
Nick was born in Leicester and worked in the family building surveyor business before moving to Guernsey in 1986. Having joined a leading law firm and was made a director of their trust company in 1988 - it was there that he built upon his experience of all legal aspects of trusts and companies. In 1998 Nick accepted the role of managing director with another law firm owned trust company. After 5 years he had built this business up from a 2 person company to one responsible for over 800 clients and £650M worth of assets. Nick established Marlborough Trust Company in 2003 to utilise his extensive knowledge and experience to build a highly respected and professional independent trust company.

David Enevoldsen
Client Services Director
David was born and educated in Guernsey. In 1988 he joined a substantial legal practice and after 2 years headed up their company formation department. After completing his studies for the Certificate in Offshore Administration, David joined a law firm owned trust company as an administrative manager and in 2003 was appointed to the Board. In January 2004, David teamed up with Nick Hannah at Marlborough Trust Company bringing with him over 15 years experience in the formation and administration of companies and trusts in numerous jurisdictions.

Adrian Howe
Business Development Director
Adrian has broad experience of the finance industry having worked in fund management, investments, insurance and lending. After leaving full time education in 1988 he worked for a merchant bank in their offshore banking and investment divisions. After 5 years he moved into financial services and worked for an international life company providing advice on insurance and trust products. In 2001 he accepted the position of marketing director of a local trust company associated to one of the largest law firms in the Channel Islands. Adrian left after 3 successful years to assist in the creation and development of Marlborough Trust Company where he is a member of the Board.

Ben Tustin
Director of Tax Strategies
Ben is British and resident in Guernsey. He joined Marlborough Trust Company after spending three years with the offshore business of Deloitte & Touche as the manager of their private client department, specialising in multi-jurisdictional tax mitigation structures. He started his offshore career with an independent trust company in Guernsey and spent time marketing their services throughout Europe and Africa. As a result he has amassed a wealth of knowledge of offshore tax structuring for clients around the world.
