I agree with the content of your article, which is similar to my own post on my Blog aimed at explaining ‘Tax Avoidance and Tax Evasion’

The article includes comments about both HMRC & the Treasury yet, in your headline you choose to lampoon Vince Cable. The Treasury is the responsibility of George Osborne and whilst Dr Cable’s influence is strong, you’ve fallen into the modern journalistic trait of the headline being atypical of the actual story.

Totally agree. There’s a Pension company in the West Midlands who were offering Occupational Pensions scheme and acting as Trustees and Administrators. They were banned from acting as Trustees last year by The Pensions Regulator and then decided they want to levy fees of up to £6500 to leave when they cannot even fulfil their duties!!
Nice to see hear you have a pragmatic approach.
