Marlborough Trust Company is entirely independent with the shareholding being held by management. We are comfortable working with any other reputable institution in the financial sector as the client desires or alternatively we can source the required services from a long list of banks, lawyers, investment management companies, insurance companies and tax advisors that we have built strong relationships with.
Marlborough is a new company having been formed in 2003 drawing on cumulative industry experience of over 70 years between the four members of the board. Marlborough encourages the ethos of attracting and maintaining a quality client base through the provision of high quality hands-on services and our ability, because of our independence, to freely out source to the best third party advisors. It is not Marlborough's intention to expand dramatically as we feel that maintaining continuity of staff in a pleasant, constructive environment is more important than attempting to exponentially increase turnover.
